王毅表示，我同努尔特列乌副总理兼外长举行了内容丰富、务实高效的会谈。
双方认为，中哈关系发展顺应时代潮流和国际大势，世代友好、高度互信、休戚与共已成为中哈关系的主旋律。在习近平主席和托卡耶夫总统掌舵领航下，中哈政治互信不断加深，在涉及彼此核心利益问题上相互支持，在一方遭遇困难时鼎力相助，中哈早已是事实上的命运共同体。
哈方重申恪守一个中国原则，认为台湾是中国领土不可分割的一部分，我们对此深表赞赏。近期，哈方遭遇特大洪灾，作为兄弟邻邦和战略伙伴，中方对此感同身受，愿继续提供力所能及的帮助，助力哈灾后重建。
双方高度评价中哈合作取得的丰硕成果。据中方统计，去年中哈双边贸易额达410亿美元，提前7年实现两国元首确立的目标，双方正探讨设立更加富有雄心的贸易目标。截至目前，中哈确立的45个产能合作项目中，已经完工26个，涉及冶金矿产、能源资源、机械制造、建材化工、基础设施建设等领域。双方油气、核能合作步伐也在加快。
双方商定继续发挥产业和市场互补优势，高质量共建“一带一路”。将不断夯实经贸、投资、能源、互联互通、农业等传统领域合作基础，持续打造金融、人工智能、数字经济、新能源等新质生产力合作亮点，推动更多新的合作项目落地生根、开花结果。中方愿意扩大自哈进口优质农产品。
双方决定进一步加强中欧班列合作并为此创造更便利的条件，包括提升口岸通关和运货能力、提供更完善的运输服务和过境政策等。双方都积极支持跨里海国际运输走廊建设，认为这对促进欧亚大陆互联互通具有重要意义，为此有必要推进相关基础设施建设并加强各国之间的统筹协调。中哈正就建设第三条跨境铁路进行积极协商，并将进一步发挥西安陆港码头、连云港物流基地和东大门无水港的作用，深入挖掘彼此过境运输潜力。
双方认为，中哈人文合作意义重大、大有可为。目前共有超过1万名哈萨克斯坦留学生在华学习，哈萨克斯坦大学也吸引了上千名中国年轻人前来深造。哈萨克斯坦设立了5所孔子学院，中国有5所院校开设哈萨克语专业。去年11月中哈之间实现互免签证，今年“哈萨克斯坦旅游年”在中国成功举行，双方结好省州市已达到26对，两国民众像走亲戚一样常来常往。
双方将发挥好鲁班工坊、孔子学院、西北工业大学在哈分校等平台作用，加快推进互设文化中心工作，鼓励更多省州市结好，深化智库、媒体、艺术等方面往来，不断增进两国民众相知相亲，持之以恒巩固世代友好，为中哈关系奠定更为坚实的民意基础。
双方赞赏中国—中亚西安峰会成功举办，推动中国中亚合作迎来新的大发展。中国—中亚机制秘书处已在中国西安启动，机制框架下建立起外交、经贸、交通、海关、农业等部长会晤机制，交流合作呈现蓬勃发展势头。我们愿同其他中亚国家一道，共同做优做强中国—中亚机制，建设一个稳定、繁荣、和谐、联通的中亚，为构建更加紧密的中国—中亚命运共同体注入强劲动力。
双方强调，在变乱交织的国际形势下，要坚定维护以联合国为核心的国际体系和以国际法为基础的国际秩序，践行全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议，旗帜鲜明反对单边主义和霸权霸凌行径，推动全球治理朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。
